National Learning Community (NLC) Coordinator | Salary range: $45-50k plus access to group benefits package
4Rs is looking for an experienced program coordinator to recruit and support the next cohort of our National Learning Community (NLC). The NLC will bring together young people between the ages of 18-30, who would become a community of learning for the year, building their capacity together to host dialogue and take action on decolonization and reconciliation in ways that are relevant to them and their communities.
Systems Educator | Salary range: $50-55k plus access to group benefits package
4Rs is looking for a Systems Educator to join our team to facilitate learning, and identify possibilities for capacity building and interventions at multiple levels in the youth service delivery sector. Through this role we hope to increase cultural competency and promote organizational and systemic culture shifts within 4Rs’ partner organizations. This role will involve joining a team to challenge systems of power and oppression that have become institutionalized in youth service delivery by engaging in a process of dialogue and learning grounded in the 4Rs Framework for cross-cultural dialogue. We hope that through education, relationship building and intervention, over time this role will contribute to a healthier ecosystem through which Indigenous young people and their allies can do community, reconciliation and decolonization work.
Evaluation Coordinator | Salary range: $50-55k plus access to group benefits package
4Rs is looking for an experienced evaluator who can lead us in a process of reflection, harvesting, sense-making, and habit shifting. The role of the Evaluation Coordinator will be to make sense of and communicate about the insights that emerge from the experiences of 4Rs this year including our work as a team, in communities, with allies and partners, and in the systems we might find ourselves intervening in. Working with a group of youth evaluators and storytellers, you will help 4Rs to save the “seeds” that are important for ourselves, our communities, our spirits and the land.
